When I say I am the PRINCIPAL, the designation is somewhere incomplete because I want to recognise myself with the designation ‘Principal Learner’. I consider myself as the first learner of the school, if I don’t know how to learn than how can I show direction to the all my team members and the pupils.
After having an experience of so many years I have come to the conclusion that teaching without passion is somewhere incomplete .So, I always try to indulge all my measures and efforts to make my team enthusiastic and innovative.
The capacity to learn is a gift, the ability to learn is a skill and the willingness to learn is a choice.
So, a teacher can enhance the ability and capacity of a learner by her unmatched and dedicated combination of hard and smart work.
There is no place for mediocrity at RAJKUL, we provide ample opportunities to all under our care to give out their best at all times and at all places. There is no scope for compromises with standards, the benchmark of excellence, ensures that none can afford to sit cosy and complacent.
No doubt that RAJKULITES are made of the finest pluck metal.
